If you feel it is necessary to make a complaint, please do so in writing and address it for the attention of Vicky Gavin Practice Manager. Or speak to Reception and they will arrange for the Practice Manager to contact you to discuss any concerns you may have. There is a leaflet available from reception showing our full complaints procedure.
