We are a single-handed practice in the heart of Eastmoor. We aim to provide a high standard of medical care in a friendly and professional manner, with the support of the community staff and other organisations.
As most of you already know after a long period of uncertainty, Eastmoor Health Centre was recently
taken over by a New Clinical Management Team. In the last 2 years, we have worked hard to raise the standard of care offered to the people of Eastmoor.
This has yielded positive feedback from patients & an improved CQC rating of Good. We know that there is always room to improve & we intend to continue on this upward clinical curve long into the future. Working together with the Eastmoor community & surrounding areas we aim to offer the very best care possible.
The members of the Primary Health Care Team at Eastmoor Health Centre are dedicated to a quality policy to achieve health services that meet the requirements of all the patients within the community, within the limits of the organisation. It is important that all staff at the surgery and people visiting the surgery are treated with respect.
You can help us to achieve this by following the suggestions made on this site and ensuring that appropriate services can be provided when you most need them. Access for Disabled patients is via automatic doors. Disabled toilets are also provided.
The Practice does currently have an active Patient Participation Group. We welcome the views and suggestions given by our patients and are in the process of forming a Group. If you wish to join this group please contact the Practice Manager.
The surgery operates a Zero Tolerance policy, physical and verbal abuse will not be tolerated in our practice, and anyone found being abusive to our staff will result in their removal from our patient list and possible criminal proceedings.
