Making a Comment, Complaint or Suggestion
If you feel it is necessary to make a complaint, please do so in writing and address it for the attention of Emma Sinclair Practice Manager. Or speak to Reception and they will arrange for the Practice Manager to contact you to discuss any concerns you may have. There is a leaflet available from reception showing our full complaints procedure.
We welcome any of your comments or suggestions. Please put these in writing and place them in our suggestions box in the waiting area. Please include your contact details so we can acknowledge the receipt of your suggestion.
